I have over 20 years’ employment law and HR experience. During that time, I have advised and supported over 250 small and medium sized businesses in all things HR from recruitment to dismissal and everything in between.
This experience has been gained within a diverse range of sectors including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, marine, retail, IT, professional services, care and charity.

In 2013, I relocated with my family from London to Poole.
When I am not working; I enjoy running, socialising with friends and family and going to the theatre.
